Cathy Corcoran Cherkes is a divine channel, energy healer, spiritual mentor, and artist.
For well over a decade, she has been offering a variety of healing services, readings, and workshops that focus on balancing mind-body-spirit so that people may learn to self-heal and live to their fullest and most joyful potential.
How the journey began…
Cathy’s spiritual/metaphysical journey began with a rap on the head in the wee hours of the morning in 2006, as a stern male voice called out very loudly: “Cathy Pitcock, PAY ATTENTION!”
Since that startling call to begin her spiritual path, Cathy began the process of learning what it meant to be an empath and how to utilize the gifts of clairaudience, clairsentience, and clairvoyance for the highest service for all.
Called to gain knowledge, she began her quest with Usui Reiki© and Angel Card Readings. Although she had no idea where she was headed, she knew she was being led home to her authentic self and her true purpose - to be of service to humankind and to discover joy within herself.
After several intense years of master training and practice, she happily left the corporate world to open her own spiritual healing practice, focusing on heart-centered energy healing and providing tools for transformation.
In 2011 while in a hands-on energy healing session with a client, Cathy was presented her signature healing modality, Transcendent Heart Healing™, a unique channeled program for energy healing and optimization from the Pleiadian Light Council in partnership with Archangels Michael, Raphael, and Zadkiel.
Her hands were removed from the client’s body, and she was guided to simply hold the channel for Transcendent Heart Healing (THH) to flow through her from the High Council of Light. This required a re-envisioning of her many years of energy healing protocols and training along with a large dose of Radical Trust in the Divine Plan for her work.
After 6 months of applied practice with many willing participants, the positive results she observed were validated by the in-depth responses she received from the people she worked with after their sessions. Each participant had the opportunity to experience 3 separate sessions (Usui Reiki, IET, and THH) with Cathy for comparison purposes: each person reported that all sessions were effective, however the profound feeling peace, Light, and potential within each participant after the THH session was completed was “new and life-changing.”
Cathy’s work then shifted from the traditional healing modalities she had been offering, which provided a strong foundation to build upon and will always complement the new healing modality to focus on the beautiful divinely channeled modality. Along with Transcendent Heart Healing™, Sanctuary Within offers the Transcendent Heart Mentoring Program, Celestial Guidance Readings, Soul Sketching, and “Spirit’s Knocking: Table Tipping for Spiritual Development and Expansion.”
Prior to opening her initial healing practice, Cathy wore numerous vocational “hats,” which included surviving the corporate world, landscape drafting and surveying, and operating a quilt design studio. She holds a CAGS in Expressive Arts Facilitation, a BA/Theatre Arts and Communication, and is an ordained minister.
